• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.

How to Return

2. Pack: Carefully repack your item in its original packaging with all included materials.
3. Ship: Ship the package to us using a trackable, insured shipping method.
4. Refund: Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.

Exchanges: Contact us to arrange an exchange for a different size or style. Subject to availability.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement.
